About

Built for healthcare innovation and responsible adoption.

US Health Strategy Group is a founder-led healthcare commercialization advisory firm structured for precision, scope-specific work, not generalist consulting.

The firm

Designed for the decision in front of you.

US Health Strategy Group works with medtech companies, digital health platforms, care delivery organizations, and healthcare AI companies that need commercial strategy built around clinical reality, not generic growth frameworks.

The work is founder-led and scope-defined. Each engagement is structured around a specific decision, market, or execution gap. US Health Strategy Group does not hold retainers to fill time. It holds them to move specific outcomes forward.

Where clinical depth is required, independent physician advisors are engaged by scope. These are practicing clinicians with direct experience in the relevant procedures, care environments, or clinical systems, not institutional advisors engaged for credential.

Field experience

Field depth. Built from the clinical environment.

Dylan has worked alongside clinicians, operators, executives, commercial teams, manufacturers, and patients, developing a practical understanding of the operational, clinical, and human factors that determine whether healthcare innovation succeeds or stalls. His advisory work at US Health Strategy Group derives directly from that experience.

As Founder and Principal of US Health Strategy Group, Dylan advises medical technology, digital health, software, and healthcare organizations on commercial strategy, market positioning, provider adoption, partnership development, and growth infrastructure. His work focuses on closing the gap between promising innovation and successful implementation within complex healthcare environments.

Tributary Foundation

Tributary Foundation

Dylan is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tributary Foundation, where he applies his experience in healthcare, systems development, and community leadership to improve access, connection, and outcomes for veterans, families, first responders, and underserved populations.

Across both organizations, the work reflects a conviction that lasting impact requires more than strong ideas. It requires trusted relationships, credible infrastructure, and disciplined execution.

Field depth

Experience built inside the clinical environment.

The advisory work at US Health Strategy Group is grounded in direct procedural field experience, not boardroom distance. Dylan has worked alongside clinicians, neuromodulation specialists, and care teams in the settings where adoption decisions are made.

How US Health Strategy Group works

What distinguishes the work.

01

Scope-specific, not broad

Every engagement is structured around a specific decision or execution gap. No filler, no scope creep, no work that does not serve the defined objective.

02

Clinically grounded

Strategy is built with working knowledge of the clinical environments, workflows, evidence standards, and provider relationships that determine adoption outcomes.

03

Compliance-forward

KOL infrastructure, research alignment, and commercial strategy are designed with compliance guardrails built in, not retrofitted after the structure is set.

04

Honest about what the firm knows

US Health Strategy Group does not expand scope to fill engagement time. Where external clinical expertise is required, it is sourced transparently and engaged by defined scope.

05

Built for execution

Deliverables are designed to be used: decision briefs, operating frameworks, field tools, and leadership readouts that move the work forward.

06

One firm, one standard

Founder-led means the quality, judgment, and accountability of every engagement come from the same place, without junior handoffs or diluted delivery.

Tributary Health

Part of a connected ecosystem.

Tributary Health: Healthcare Portfolio

Tributary Health is a healthcare brand portfolio operating under Tributary Network. It provides shared brand architecture for related operating companies that serve connected healthcare markets with independent identity, defined scope, and clear operating boundaries.

US Health Strategy Group, LLC is an Oregon LLC that operates within the Tributary Health portfolio. It is the healthcare advisory arm: focused on commercial strategy, clinical adoption, KOL development, and market entry for medtech, digital health, and care delivery organizations. The firm is intended to become wholly owned by Tributary Network as the structure is formalized.

Northwest MedTech, LLC is a licensed medical device distribution company that also operates within the Tributary Health portfolio. Intercompany governance, including brand licensing, IP, cost allocation, and scope boundaries, is being established as each entity formalizes operations. Tributary Health is not a marketing umbrella. It is a structural home for founder-led work in the healthcare ecosystem.
